Who are we?

Our team composition is a blend of Change Management and Education Professionals with over 10+ years of experience in business and education.

We recognise that business needs, technological advances and customer demands are always changing. There is an established link between an organisation’s response to changes and its ability to survive and thrive.

All change efforts have something in common: for something to change, people have to start behaving in a new way. This is why we have combined our skills and developed a suite of training courses for the agile organisation.

Why do we do this?

To change the narrative in these stats one school at a time…

Young people living in areas of low social mobility in the UK are report lower emotional and social capabilities and those from socially mobile areas.

State schools are crumbling under the pressure to deliver academic results and provide adequate social care/education.

Disadvantaged youth face multiple barriers  in developing these skills and the result is a wider gap between the rich and the poor.

Essential life skills such as confidence, motivation, resilience and communication are associated with better academic outcomes and better prospects in the workplace.

16% of young people have emotional health concerns which can affect their outcomes in education, employment and propensity to substance abuse.

Lack of skills in problem solving, communication and resilience is linked to the 55% increase knife crime amongst young disadvantaged children.

Young people from low-income homes with similar GCSEs to their better-off classmates are 1/3 more likely to drop out of education at 16.
